  • FOR Batter
  • 1½ cup Refined flour
  • ½ tsp Milk powder
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Lukewarm water
  • FOR Filling
  • ½ cup onions
  • ½ cup red bell pepper
  • ½ cup yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cup green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 to 2 Cheese slices

    Mix refined flour with milk powder and salt , sieve the mixture in a bowl.

    Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and add this to the flour.

    Knead well to make a dough.
  4. 4

    Ferment the dough.

    In a bowl, mix chopped onions, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, tomatoes, and pizza sauce.

    Roll out the dough in a thin chapati and using a ring cutter, cut small circles.

    Place the filling in the centre top with bits of cheese pieces, fold in half, and seal the pizzas.

    Preheat oven for 10 min at 200 C.

    Bake the folded pizzas in preheated oven for 15 min at 200 C.

    Once baked, brush olive oil to add glaze, garnish the pizzas with chopped red, yellow, and green bell pepper.

    Your folded pizzas are ready.
