In a bowl mix refined flour with yeast, sugar, salt, and water. Knead a dough and keep aside. In a pan, heat olive oil and add diced onion, bell peppers, black and green olives, jalapenos, and oregano leaves. Saute well. Dust refined flour on the kitchen platform and flatten the dough. Spread half portion of the cooked vegetables on the dough and fold it from all sides. Grease the bread/cake tin with oil and place the folded dough. Top the dough with the remaining vegetables and bake for 25 min at 200 C in an oven pre heated at 180 C for 10 min. Slice the baked focaccia and transfer to a serving plate.
