INGREDIENTS

  • For flavoured makhana
  • 1 bowl makhana
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 2 tbsp black salt
  • pav bhaaji flavour

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan, add makhana and dry roast it. Once it starts turning pink, add olive oil and roast it.

    Add kasuri methi, black salt and toss it and add it in a bowl.

    For pav bhaaji flavour, in a heated pan, add makhana and dry roast it. Once it starts turning pink, add olive oil and roast it.

    Add pav bhaaji masala, toss it and add it in a bowl.

    Reheated the pan, add makhana, and dry roast it. Once it starts turning pink, add olive oil and roast it. Add the caster sugar and let it caramelise.

    Add red chilli powder and toss it and take it out in a bowl. Store it in an airtight container.
