  • 1 bowl Makhana
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 2 tbsp black salt
  • FOR pav bhaaji flavour
  • 1 bowl Makhana
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pav bhaaji masala
  • FOR sweet flavour
  • 1 bowl Makhana
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • Red chilli powder

HOW TO PREPARE FLAVOURED MAKHANA

    In a heated pan, add makhana and dry roast it Once it starts turning pink, add olive oil and roast it.

    Add kasuri methi, black salt and toss it and add it in a bowl.

    For pav bhaaji flavour, in a heated pan, add makhana and dry roast it Once it starts turning pink, add olive oil and roast it.

    Add pav bhaaji masala, toss it and add it in a bowl.

    Reheated the pan, add makhana, and dry roast it Once it starts turning pink, add olive oil and roast it Add the caster sugar and let it caramelise.

    Add red chilli powder and toss it and take it out in a bowl Store it in an airtight container.
