In a dough maker take some refined flour, sugar, yeast and olive oil.
Add a little water and mix well to make the dough for the flat bread.
Dust a bowl with refined flour, place the dough in it and cover it and set aside for 40 to 50 minutes.
Later, knead the dough again and flatten it using a roller.
Dust a baking tray with refined flour.
Place the flattened dough on the tray.
Brush a little olive oil on top.
Top this flat bread base with chopped roasted bell peppers, chopped zucchini, chopped cherry tomatoes, round sliced tomato, buffalo Mozzarella, a few basil leaves, red chilli flakes, oregano and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake it in a pre heated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
Take the flat bread from the oven after baking.
Garnish it with Ricotta cheese Mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, red chilli oil and sprouts.
