  • FOR Dough
  • {1 cup Refined flour, 1 tsp sugar, ½ cup yeast, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Refined flour, salt, water};
  • FOR Topping
  • {100 gm bell peppers, Few Zucchini, Few cherry tomatoes, ½ tomato, 50 gm buffalo mozzarella, Few basil leaves, 2 tsp red chilli flakes, 2 tsp oregano, 20 gm Parmesan cheese grated};
  • FOR Garnish
  • {Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Basil leaves, Chilli oil, Sprouts}

    In a dough maker take some refined flour, sugar, yeast and olive oil.

    Add a little water and mix well to make the dough for the flat bread.

    Knead well.

    Dust a bowl with refined flour, place the dough in it and cover it and set aside for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Later, knead the dough again and flatten it using a roller.

    Dust a baking tray with refined flour.
  7. 7

    Place the flattened dough on the tray.

    Brush a little olive oil on top.
  9. 9

    Top this flat bread base with chopped roasted bell peppers, chopped zucchini, chopped cherry tomatoes, round sliced tomato, buffalo Mozzarella, a few basil leaves, red chilli flakes, oregano and grated Parmesan cheese.

    Bake it in a pre heated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.

    Take the flat bread from the oven after baking.
  12. 12

    Garnish it with Ricotta cheese Mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, red chilli oil and sprouts.
