Five Star Malpua
A simple homemade dessert that will kindle your taste buds and make you crave for more. Malpua by itself is delicious. Imagine what will happen when it has chocolate in it too!

  • 300 gm khoya
  • 5-6 green cardamom
  • ½ cup semolina
  • 2 cup Refined flour, Oil for frying, Chocolate bars as required
  • 1 tsp baking powder, A pinch of baking soda, Milk as required, Sugar as required, Solid condensed milk as required
  • FOR Rabdi
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 100mlmilk

    In a bowl, add refined flour, semolina , cardamom, milk, baking powder, and baking soda.

    Mix well to make a thick batter.

    Heat oil in a pan.
  4. 4

    Place three circular moulds in the pan.
  5. 5

    Pour required quantity of batter into the mould.
  6. 6

    Fry them till the batter becomes firm.

    Remove the moulds and fry for a golden brown colour.

    Remove the fried Malpuas from the pan.

    Sandwich the Malpula with some sugar, and solid condensed milk.

    Place a few chunks of chocolate too.
  12. 12

    Make the rabdi by mixing condensed milk and milk.
