For the fisherman's basket cut the white fish fillet into strips. Straighten the prawns by discarding veins. Marinate the strips of fish and prawns with salt cracked black pepper, and lemon juice. For the batter, mix refined flour, corn flour, salt, and tin beer. Mix well and rest the batter for 5 10 minutes. Transfer the fish fillet strips and the prawns to a bowl and sprinkle refined flour. Mix well. Heat oil in a pot for frying. Dip the prawns and fish fillet strips in the prepared batter and deep fry. Set aside in a plate. For the sauce, add chopped chives, Tabasco sauce, and lemon juice in the mayonnaise cup. Mix well. Serve the fisherman's basket with the mayonnaise sauce. Garnish with chives.
