  • ½ cup diced pineapple
  • ½ diced basa fish
  • ½ cup cubed red and yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp pickle paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • 1 wedge lemon juiced
  • Skewer sticks
  • salt to taste

    In a mixing bowl add diced pineapple and basa fish. Add red and yellow bell pepper cubes chopped coriander, ginger paste, pickle paste, sesame oil, salt, red chilli powder, and lemon juice. Marinate the fish and pineapple for 5 minutes. Arrange the pineapple, fish, and bell peppers on skewer sticks. Heat sesame oil in a pan and place the skewer sticks. Grill evenly. Add some mayonnaise in a serving glass. Drizzle some lemon juice on the fish. Place the skewer sticks in the glass and serve.
