INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pomfret
  • For Marinade :2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tbsp mustard sauce
  • black pepper powder as required
  • salt to taste
  • For Green :olive oil as required
  • 1 to 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup broccoli blanched
  • 8 to 9 pak choy leaves
  • ½ cup blanched French beans
  • 7 to 9 spinach leaves
  • black pepper powder as required
  • salt to taste
  • For Sauce: olive oil as required
  • 1 to 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 to 2 tsp ginger juliennes
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 to 5 tbsp corn flour and water mixture
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • For Garnish: Lemon wedges

HOW TO PREPARE FISH IN GREENS

    To prepare the marinade for the fish take a little lemon juice in a bowl.

    Add some mustard sauce salt and black pepper powder.
  3. 3

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Using a brush, apply this marinade on all sides of the fish.
  5. 5

    Then place the fish on a steamer and steam it for some time.
  6. 6

    To prepare the greens to be served with the fish, heat a little olive oil in a pan.

    Saute chopped garlic.
  8. 8

    Add blanched broccoli pak choy leaves, blanched French beans, spinach leaves, salt and black pepper powder.

    Mix them well and cook for some time.

    Separately to make a sauce, add a little olive oil in a pan and heat it.

    Add chopped garlic ginger juliennes, oyster sauce, a little water, a mixture of corn flour and water and salt.

    Stir well till the sauce becomes thick.

    Pour the sauce on a serving plate.
  14. 14

    Place the steamed fish and then the greens on the top of the fish.
  15. 15

    Garnish it with lemon wedges.
