  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 7-8 cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup dill leaves
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup broad beans
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

HOW TO PREPARE FAVA BEANS PULAO

    Heat oil in a saucepan.

    Add butter, chopped garlic, chopped carrots, cauliflower florets, green peas, turmeric powder, dill leaves, salt and water.

    Once the veggies are almost cooked add the cooked rice and boiled broad beans; mix well.

    Sprinkle paprika and mix the rice well.
