INGREDIENTS

  • Soaked falooda as required
  • 2 tsp rose syrup
  • 2 tsp pineapple jelly cubes
  • 3 tsp basil seeds
  • 1 cup khus flavoured milk
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla ice cream
  • For Garnish: Mixed dry fruits
  • Pineapple jelly cube

HOW TO PREPARE FALOODA

  1. 1

    In a glass add soaked falooda, rose syrup, pineapple jelly cubes, soaked basil seeds and khus flavoured milk.
  2. 2

    Top the falooda with vanilla ice cream.
  3. 3

    Garnish with mixed dry fruits and a pineapple jelly cube.
