  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1 cup mangoes
  • 1 cup pears
  • 1 cup kiwis
  • 1 cup fruit puree mixed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • salt
  • Mango slice
  • Curly lettuce
  • Kiwi flower

PREPARATION

    In a bowl mix chopped papaya, mangoes, pears, kiwis, and chopped apple and keep aside. In another bowl, combine mixed fruit puree (made by blending together the same fruits) and honey, mozzarella cheese cubes, and vinegar. Plate the fruits, sprinkle some salt, add the dressing, and garnish with a mango slice, kiwi flower, and curly lettuce leaves.
