  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1 cup mangoes
  • 1 cup pears
  • 1 cup kiwis
  • 1 cup fruit puree mixed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • salt
  • Mango slice
  • Curly lettuce
  • Kiwi flower

HOW TO PREPARE ENSALADA

    In a bowl mix chopped papaya, mangoes, pears, kiwis, and chopped apple and keep aside.
  2. 2

    In another bowl, combine mixed fruit puree (made by blending together the same fruits) and honey, mozzarella cheese cubes, and vinegar.
  3. 3

    Plate the fruits, sprinkle some salt, add the dressing, and garnish with a mango slice, kiwi flower, and curly lettuce leaves.
