INGREDIENTS

  • 3 beaten eggs, 3 leftover chapatis(grinded), one cup of chopped and slightly cooked veggies(onions, capsicum,green chilles,green coriander,garlic), olive oil to cook these pancakes, half a teaspoon of red chiili powder, half a teaspoon of mix italian herbs, salt to taste.

    Heat a griddle and pour one ladle full of pancake mix in it and cook all pancakes in it with olive oil for 30 secs from both the sides one by one. Serve it hot with chutney, sauce.
