Eggless Corn Flakes French Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • ripe
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 slices brown bread
  • 1 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1 bowl corn flakes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • For Sauce :3 strawberries halved
  • 1 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp butter
  • water
  • Strawberry syrup as required

HOW TO PREPARE EGGLESS CORN FLAKES FRENCH TOAST

    Chop bananas.

    In a bowl transfer the chopped bananas and add milk.
  3. 3

    Add honey and cinnamon powder.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Transfer this banana milk mixture to a blender.
  6. 6

    Blend well to make batter.
  7. 7

    Transfer the batter back to the bowl.
  8. 8

    Spread some orange marmalade on one side of a bread slice.
  9. 9

    Cover with another bread slice.
  10. 10

    Dip the sandwich in the batter.

    Let it soak well.

    Crumble corn flakes with hands.

    Heat butter in a pan.
  14. 14

    Coat the soaked sandwich with crumbled corn flakes.

    Toast French toast from both sides.

    Cut French toast diagonally and arrange the toasts in the serving plate.

    For the sauce, halve the strawberries.

    Heat a pan and add them to a pan.

    Add orange marmalade butter, and some water.

    Cook for some time.

    Add strawberry syrup.

    Mix well.

    Serve French toast with the strawberry sauce.

    Drizzle some banana batter on the toast.

    Serve.
