  • For the rice water
  • 1 cup rice soaked
  • 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
  • For the scrambled egg
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • For garnish
  • soy sauce
  • coriander leaves
  • red chilli powder
  • black pepper powder
  • spring onion

    Boil water in a Kadai.
  2. 2

    Add soaked rice, salt and chopped garlic cloves. Cook until the rice thickens.
  3. 3

    For the egg: Heat oil in a pan.
  4. 4

    Fry eggs and sprinkle salt over the eggs. Scramble the eggs.
  5. 5

    Serve the scrambled eggs with the rice.
  6. 6

    Sprinkle soy sauce, coriander leaves paste, red chilli powder, pepper powder, chopped spring onions and chopped coriander leaves.
