INGREDIENTS

  • Ingredients for gravy:
  • 2 fine chopped onions
  • 2 fine chopped tomatoes
  • 4 -5 cloves
  • Ginger
  • Cumin seeds (jeerSalt to taste
  • Red chilly powder
  • Dhaniya powder
  • Maggi masala (optionaGaram masala
  • Coriander leaf to garnish
  • For omlette:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 fine chopped onion
  • Coriander leaf
  • 1 green chilly
  • Red chilly powder
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

    For egg:Take 4 eggs ,add chopped onion,coriander leafs ,1 green chilly ,red chilly powder and salt to tastWisk it for 1 min .

    Take pan put some oil let it heat .

    Put the batter in it and make sure you cook on low flame to cook wel4 . Cook the omlette from both side5 . When the omlette is ready cut it into small square pieces and keep it aside .

    For gravy:.

    Take a pan put some oil and heat iThen add jeera and let it to cracklPut 2 chopped onions and stir it till it becomes light pin3 . Add ginger garlic paste to i4 . Add chopped tomatoes and keep it for 5 min till it becomes mush5 . Now add red chilly powder,dhaniya powder,maggi massala and salt to tast6 . Cook for 10 min ,it will start leaving oiPut cut pieces of omlette into the gravy prepared .

    Cook for 5 miGarnish it with coriander leaves ,gram masala and cream (optional).
