INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbs Olive oil, Salt to taste
  • 300 g hakka noodles

HOW TO PREPARE EGG NOODLES

    Boil water in a non-stick cooking pot.

    Add olive oil, salt and noodles.
  3. 3

    Once the noodles are cooked, rinse them in cold water.
  4. 4

    Then, transfer the noodles onto a plate and allow it to cool for few minutes.

    Heat oil in a Kadai.
  6. 6

    Add chopped garlic, green chillies, chopped capsicum, spring onions and chopped carrot.
  7. 7

    Cook them for 3-4 minutes.
  8. 8

    Beat two eggs in a bowl and pour it into the Kadai.
  9. 9

    Mix them well.
  10. 10

    Add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce and tomato sauce.
  11. 11

    Mix it well.
  12. 12

    Then, add the noodles and stir it well.
  13. 13

    Egg Noodles is ready to serve.
