Egg Net Panner

Pour a spiced egg mixture in the frying pan in shape of a net and stuff it with diced paneer coated with green chutney. Then lastly serve it as a wrap and your snack is ready!

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Pistachio flakes
  • 2 tbsp mixed multigrain
  • 2 tbsp Almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp black raisins
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • water
  • 1 to 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tsp Strawberry syrup
  • Candy stick
  • 2 to 3 tsp Maple syrup
  • 2 to 3 tsp Strawberry syrup
  • Coconut pieces
  • Almond flakes
  • Pistachio flakes

HOW TO PREPARE EGG NET PANNER

    Take an egg in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Add red chilli powder and salt.
  3. 3

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Heat olive oil in a pan.
  5. 5

    Make a net with the egg mix using a spoon (make a circle and then fill it with horizontal and vertical lines to resemble a net) and then transfer it to a plate carefully.

    To prepare the filling, dice the paneer finely.
  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan and sauté the diced paneer.
  8. 8

    Add green chutney (combination of coriander mint leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, and salt) and mix the paneer with this.
  9. 9

    Place the filling on the egg net.
  10. 10

    Wrap the net carefully and serve.
