Take an egg in a bowl. Add red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Heat olive oil in a pan. Make a net with the egg mix using a spoon (make a circle and then fill it with horizontal and vertical lines to resemble a net) and then transfer it to a plate carefully. To prepare the filling, dice the paneer finely. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the diced paneer. Add green chutney (combination of coriander mint leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, and salt) and mix the paneer with this. Place the filling on the egg net. Wrap the net carefully and serve.
