INGREDIENTS

  • ■ For egg
  • Ingredients :
  • Panner 250gms
  • Potato boiled 2 - 3
  • Cornflour
  • Maida
  • Salt to taste
  • ■ For curry.
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 tomato pureed
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.
  • Green chilly chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Haldi 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder 1/2tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Bhuna Jeera powder. 1/2 tsp
  • kitchen king powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curd 3 tsp
  • Saffron Rice
  • Ingredients :
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2.25 cups water
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/2 cinnamon
  • 2 cardamom
  • Saffron 7-8 strands
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

    For egg :: ¤ For outer layer of egg:.

    * Mash boiled potato with half quantity of paneer properly.
  3. 3

    *Add 1tsp. Cornflour & 1tsp maida.
  4. 4

    *Add salt to taste.
  5. 5

    *Mix the mixture thorougly to make a smooth dough.
  6. 6

    ¤ For yellow part of egg:.
  7. 7

    *Mash paneer very fine.
  8. 8

    * Add haldi and salt.
  9. 9

    * Add 1 tsp oil.
  10. 10

    * Make small round balls.

    ¤ For egg formation :.

    *Take the potato mixture make a medium sized ball.

    *Press in center with your finger for yellow part .

    *Adjust the yellow part in it..and make a oval egg shape with hands using some oil in hands.

    *Coat the eggs with dry flour. And rest it for 10 minutes.

    * Once ol th eggs are ready.

    Deep fry the eggs in medium hot oil.

    For curry :: Prep:.

    *Heat oil in a pan.

    *Add ginger garlic paste.

    *Add onion & Saute till onion turns light brown in color.

    *Add tomato puree & let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    * In half cup curd add salt , red chilly powder , haldi, coriander powder & jeera powder .

    Add 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala.

    * Mix it well and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

    *After the tadka releases oil add 1 cup water.

    Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.

    Adjust salt..

    AT END ADD EGGS WHOLE OR CUT FROM CENTRE IN TWO EQUAL HALVES.

    *GARNISH WITH CORIANDER*.

    For Saffron rice :: Method :.

    * Soak the rice in a bowl for 10 minutes.

    * Wash the rice and rinse all the excess water.

    * In a vessel add 3tsp. Oil.

    * Add in the sliced onion. Cook the onion till dark brown and keep it aside.

    * In the same oil add the dry spices( cinamon , cardamom , clove*Add 2.25 cups water. Add 1 tsp salt.

    * Once the water comes to boil , add rice and slow the flame and cover the vessel with a lid.

    * After 10 minutes check if the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

    * In a small bowl add saffron..Crush it with a hard tool and then add a pinch of salt. Add 3 tsp hot water.

    * Sprinkle the saffron water on the rice roughly.

    * Sprinkle the caramelized onions .

    Nd Serve hot.
