For egg akhuri whisk eggs, milk, and salt. In a pan, heat sunflower oil, add chopped onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, chopped tomato, ginger, egg mixture, and coriander leaves. Mix well. For scrambled eggs, whisk eggs, salt, and milk in another bowl. In another pan, heat butter and add the egg mixture and chopped chives. Mix well. Fill the tarts with egg akhuri. Top the egg akhuri tart with grated low fat cheese. Halve the bagel bread horizontally. Add the scrambled eggs on the halved bagel bread pieces. Garnish the dish with chives.
