  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • ½ cup vermicelli
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup sugarcane juice
  • ½ tsp powdered cardamom
  • 3 to 4 tsp Mixed dry fruits (almonds
  • cashew nuts
  • and pistachios)
  • ground
  • For Garnish: Mixed dry fruits (almonds cashew nuts and pistachios

    Heat ghee in a pan and roast vermicelli in it.

    Add sugar and sugarcane juice.
  3. 3

    Stir and cook the kheer on a high flame.
  4. 4

    Once the kheer becomes thick, add cardamom powder and ground mixed dry fruits such as almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios.

    Serve hot in a bowl and garnish with mixed dry fruits.
