- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- ½ cup vermicelli
- 2 to 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup sugarcane juice
- ½ tsp powdered cardamom
- 3 to 4 tsp Mixed dry fruits (almonds
- cashew nuts
- and pistachios)
- For Garnish Mixed dry fruits (almonds cashew nuts and pistachios
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast vermicelli in it. Add sugar and sugarcane juice. Stir and cook the kheer on a high flame. Once the kheer becomes thick, add cardamom powder and ground mixed dry fruits such as almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios. Serve hot in a bowl and garnish with mixed dry fruits.
