- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- pickled onions
- tomato sauce
- cherry tomatoes
- chopped parsley
- dried berries
- In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, butter, salt and mix it. Add water as required and prepare a dough. Leave the dough to rest for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough. Prick it using a fork. Cut the dough into strips and mould it around the spoon. Cut the excess dough out. Bake the spoons in the oven at 180'C for 12-15 minutes .
- Fill the spoons with cheese, tomato sauce, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, chopped parsley and dried berries.
