  • 50 gm butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gm sugar
  • 1 to 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp yeast soaked in water
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 cup chocolate cubes
  • 1 cup dry fruits
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Candies

HOW TO PREPARE DRY FRUIT CROISSANTS

    In a bowl add butter, egg yolk, and sugar.

    Beat well to melt sugar.

    Add all purpose flour and yeast soaked in water.

    Knead a dough and let it rest for some time.
  5. 5

    Pinch a large portion from the dough, dust all purpose flour on the surface, and roll out a big oblong roti, using the rolling pin.

    Using a brush, grease the roti with butter.
  7. 7

    Fold it into half again apply butter on the roti to fold it for the second time.

    Now wrap it in a foil paper and refrigerate until hard.

    Again roll the hard dough into a rectangular shape, using a rolling pin, and cut into four big triangles using a cutter.

    On the bottom of each triangle piece, arrange chocolate cubes and roughly chopped dry fruits.

    Fold the piece upwards turn the sides to give a shape the croissant.

    Make other croissants.

    Dust the baking tray with all purpose flour, place the croissants, and apply butter (using a brush).

    Pre heat an oven and bake croissants for 15 min at 180 C.

    Transfer croissants in the serving plate.

    Garnish with chocolate sauce and candies.
