INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 5 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 5 boiled eggs , roughly chopped
  • coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • capsicum 1 ,chopped
  • mint leaves for garnishing
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

PREPARATION

    in a pan ,heat oil and add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds ,then add finely chopped onion ,fry the onions until it becomes golden brown. then add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and capsicum ,saute well. then add finely chopped tomatoes and saute until it becomes mushy. then add salt ,chilli powder, garam masala ,pepper powder ,turmeric and saute well.add 5 roughly chopped boiled eggs. mix the eggs with the prepared masala and then add lemon juice and coriander leaves.garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.
