INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 dragonfruit
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 strawberries
  • 8 - 10 red berries
  • 1/2 cup granola

PREPARATION

    Soak the chia seeds, stevia, vanilla essence in milk and freeze it.

    In a blender jar, add dragonfruit, banana, strawberries, red berries and blend it.
  3. 3

    In a mason jar, add frozen chia seeds. Layer with granola. Pour the smoothie.
  4. 4

    Garnish with red berries, mint leaves, sliced dragon fruit and serve.
