INGREDIENTS

  • INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH
  • Maida - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Baking powder - 3/4 table spoon
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Water - 2-3 teaspoon or as required
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Oil for frying

  • Chocolate
  • Gems
  • Milk

PREPARATION

    Knead a dough mixing the above ingredients . Knead it for around 15 mins . Then polish it with ghee or butter and keep it aside for 1 hour . Knead it once again for 1 minute so it becomes smooth . Then take a portion and roll it into thick circles like you do for chapati . Cut the circles in doughnut shape from doughnut cutter or a lid or glass . Add oil to the pan and let it heat . Fry the doughnuts on medium flame so that they cook properly . Melt the chocolate to decorate the doughnuts. After that dip it into the melted chocolate and decorate as you like . Enjoyyyyyyyy🍩🍩.
