INGREDIENTS

  • 2 diced kashmiri red apples
  • 1/2 inch of cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped raw mango
  • 6-7 walnuts
  • 1 tbsp saffron
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3-4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 10 raisins

PREPARATION

    Boil water in a pan.
  2. 2

    Add diced kashmiri red apples, cinnamon stick, chopped raw mangoes, walnuts,saffron, some ginger, cardamom powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

    Let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar, apple cider vinegar and raisins.

    Cook on slow flame till the water evaporates. Serve this chutney with snacks.
