INGREDIENTS

  • 2 litres full fat milk
  • 10 gm alum
  • water
  • 30 gm Sprouted and dry wheat
  • 30 gm curd
  • sugar
  • ghee
  • 50 gm dry fruits
  • 100 gm semolina
  • 1 tbsp liquid gulucose

PREPARATION

    Heat milk and stir.
  2. 2

    Grind sprouted and dry wheat and mix curd.
  3. 3

    Add it to the milk and let it curdle.
  4. 4

    Dissolve alum in the water and sprinkle into milk.
  5. 5

    Add sugar, ghee and stir.
  6. 6

    Add semolina, dry fruits and mix.
  7. 7

    sprinkle milk for binding.
  8. 8

    Brush ghee in a baking tray.
  9. 9

    Pour the mixture and flatten.
  10. 10

    Refrigerate for an hour.
  11. 11

    Garnish with dry fruits and cut into pieces.
