For the veg filling combine finely chopped French beans, cabbage, carrots, coriander leaves, ginger and grated cottage cheese. Mix well. Season with salt pepper, and red chilli powder. Mix well and set aside. For the non veg filling, combine minced chicken, coriander leaves, basil leaves, celery and ginger. Season with salt pepper, and red chilli powder. Add some egg white and mix well. In a bowl, take refined flour mix salt into it. Add water and make a soft dough. Apply some oil and knead again. Rest it for five minutes. Divide the dough into small portions. Roll out each portion in a circular shape. Apply egg white or water on the sides. In some wrappers, fill the chicken filling to form a potli. In other wrappers, fill the vegetable filling and make semi circular dim sums. Seal the edges using some water. Steam dim sums for 10 15 minutes and serve hot.
