INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups soaked rice
  • 1 cup soaked split Bengal gm
  • 1 tsp grated ginger and 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • Green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Groundnut oil for frying
  • For chutney:
  • 250 gm boiled yam
  • Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp celery and 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp black cumin and 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 2 chopped sloves and 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

PREPARATION

    In a blender jar, add soaked rice, split Bengal gram, grated ginger, chopped garlic, black peppercorns. Add chopped green chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala and prepare a paste.

    Add the batter in a bowl. Add oil in a pan and let it heat.

    For chutney, add boiled yam in a bowl. Add mustard oil and mash the yam. Add black salt as per taste, celery, grated ginger, black cumin, chopped coriander leaves. green chillies. Add chopped solves, lime juice, garam masala and mix it. Mash the yam nicely.

    Deep fry the dhuska in the oil until it turns golden. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
