INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Whole Black Gram
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • 1 tbsp Green Chutney
  • Coriander Leaves

HOW TO PREPARE DHUSKA

    Soak whole black gram overnight.
  2. 2

    warm water in pan, add black gram overnight soaked, salt, turmeric powder and let it ciik till soft and tender.
  3. 3

    for tadka warm oil in a pan, add cumin let splutter, add chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilli, chopped onion, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder garam masala powder, salt and sauté.

    when tomato become soft add boiled chana.
  5. 5

    sauté all ingredients in the pan and mash few channas to give different texture to gughani.

    add tamarind pulp and sauté.
  7. 7

    remove gughani in a bowl, add chopped onion, green chutney and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  8. 8

    garnish with lemon and green chilli.
  9. 9

    gughani is ready to serve.
