Deviled Eggs
Are you bored of eating traditional hard boiled eggs? Here's a simple recipe from Chef Shipra Khanna that will transform the eggs into a beautiful and yummy appetiser. This recipe needs very few ingredients and can be made in no time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 - 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Cracked black pepper
  • For Garnish:
  • 2 - 3 black olives
  • 2 - 3 chives
  • 1 tsp chilli powder

HOW TO PREPARE DEVILED EGGS

  1. 1

    Take off the hard part of the boiled eggs Cut it into half and separate the egg yolks in a different bowl Mash the egg yolks Add mustard sauce, butter, fresh cream and mix it well.

    Add salt as per taste, cracked black pepper and mix well Stuff the mixture in the piping bag Fill the mixture in the egg.
  3. 3

    Garnish with chopped olives, chives and a pinch of red chilli powder.
