Are you bored of eating traditional hard boiled eggs? Here's a simple recipe from Chef Shipra Khanna that will transform the eggs into a beautiful and yummy appetiser. This recipe needs very few ingredients and can be made in no time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 - 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Cracked black pepper
  • For Garnish:
  • 2 - 3 black olives
  • 2 - 3 chives
  • 1 tsp chilli powder

HOW TO PREPARE DEVILED EGGS

  1. 1

    Take off the hard part of the boiled eggs. Cut it into half and separate the egg yolks in a different bowl. Mash the egg yolks. Add mustard sauce, butter, fresh cream and mix it well.
  2. 2

    Add salt as per taste, cracked black pepper and mix well. Stuff the mixture in the piping bag. Fill the mixture in the egg.
  3. 3

    Garnish with chopped olives, chives and a pinch of red chilli powder.
