INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ½ cup pasta, boiled
  • ½ cup kidney beans, boiled and halved
  • ½ cup black-eyed peas
  • ½ cup soya bean chunks, soaked
  • 2 green chillies, chopped, Salad leaves, mixed
  • 2 - 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil, Black pepper powder, Salt
  • FOR garnish
  • Dry fruits roasted
  • Smoked cheesejulienned

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, take sliced tomato, chopped pasta, boiled kidney beans, black-eyed peas, soaked soya bean chunks, chopped green chilli and mixed salad leaves.

    Add a little olive oil.

    In another bowl, take a little honey.
  4. 4

    Mix it with garlic paste, red chilli flakes and lemon juice.
  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper powder into this dressing.

    Mix it with a little olive oil.
  7. 7

    Add chopped green chilli.
  8. 8

    Pour this dressing to the salad mix and gently blend it.
  9. 9

    Transfer the salad to a serving dish.
  10. 10

    Garnish it with roasted dry fruits and smoked cheese.
