INGREDIENTS

  • 6-8 pieceschicken breast, boneless
  • 2-3 spring onion greens, chopped
  • 4 tbsp dark soy sauce, Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2-3 bok choy leaves
  • 1 tsp cornflour, Crushed black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp ginger, julienned
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Green chilies, chopped, Water as required

PREPARATION

    In a mixing bowl, add the boneless, diced chicken breast pieces, ginger juliennes, and finely chopped spring onion greens.

    Season with dark soy sauce, salt, and pepper and mix well.

    Add chopped green chillies, oil, and lemon juice.

    Add corn flour and water and mix well.
  5. 5

    Take a wide utensil and add boiling water.

    In a bamboo steamer, make a bok choy bed, add the chicken mix, and steam for 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove the chicken from the steamer and garnish with lemon peel.
