  • FOR batter
  • ¼ cup Refined flour
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp Buttermelted
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp clove powder
  • ½ tsp dry ginger powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • Cooking sodaa pinch
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • FOR serving
  • Butter as required
  • Green chutney as required
  • Honey as required

PREPARATION

    For the batter, combine refined flour, pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, clove powder, dry ginger powder, cinnamon powder, salt, cooking soda, and milk.

    Heat butter in a pan.

    Cook on both sides.
