  • 2-3 tbsp ragi flour
  • 2-3 cup milk
  • 1½ tbsp clarified butter, Chocolate syrup as required
  • 4 tbsp dry fruits powder
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar, powdered
  • FOR garnish
  • Decorative umbrella
  • Jelly sweets

PREPARATION

    In a pan, dry-roast the ragi flour.

    Pour milk to this pan and mix well w.
  3. 3

    Stir well till the mixture thickens.

    Add some more milk to the mixture.
  5. 5

    Add clarified butter and mix again.

    Add chocolate syrup to this mixture and mix.

    Add some dry fruits powder and powdered sugar.

    Mix again.

    Decorate a drinking glass with some chocolate syrup.

    Pour the ragi drink in this glass.

    Garnish with a decorative umbrella and some jelly sweets.
