    For the batter: In a bowl, add milk, egg, egg yolk, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and saffron water.

    Mix it well.

    For the bread: Take four slices of bread and cut them with the help of a ring mould.

    Then, melt butter into a saucepan.

    Dip the bread into the batter and place them on the pan.

    Fry until the bread turns golden brown.

    For the plating: Place the bread onto a plate and add rabdi over it.

    Make two layers of the bread and rabdi.
  9. 9

    Garnish it with pistachios, candied cherries, silver leaf and mint leaf.
