INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gm vermicelli
  • 4 - 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 - 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 spring onion greens, chopped
  • 8 - 10 Cashew nuts, chopped
  • 2 - 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar, Black pepper powder, Salt to taste, Water as required
  • FOR garnish

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, crush the vermicelli into small pieces.
  2. 2

    Heat a little olive oil in the pan and saute chopped garlic and onion.
  3. 3

    Add crushed vermicelli to the onion-garlic mix.
  4. 4

    Pour a little water into the mixture.
  5. 5

    Mix soya sauce and vinegar with pepper and salt.
  6. 6

    Chopped cashew nuts and spring onion are to be blended with this mixture.
  7. 7

    Transfer it to a serving plate.
  8. 8

    Garnish the dish with chopped spring onion, cashew nuts and raisins.
