INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 6 sausages
  • 5-6 tomatoes
  • 230 ml tomato puree
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp oregano, dried
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes, Salt
  • 230 g farfalle pasta
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese, A few parsley leaves

PREPARATION

    Heat olive oil in a pan.

    Add Italian sausages and saut� it for 3-5 minutes.
  3. 3

    Add 5-6 diced tomatoes, tomato puree and two cups of water.
  4. 4

    Saut� them well.
  5. 5

    Add dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, chilli flakes and salt.

    Mix them well.
  7. 7

    Then, add farfalle pasta and a cup of water.
  8. 8

    Simmer until the pasta is cooked.

    Add grated mozzarella cheese, half a cup of grated parmesan and ricotta cheese.

    Mix them together.

    Garnish the lasagna with parsley leaves.
