INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger–garlic paste
  • 250 gm chicken, minced
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli paste
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato puree, Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp cheese, grated

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the ginger-garlic paste with chopped onions.
  2. 2

    Add minced chicken, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.

    Add tomato puree, salt and chopped green chillies and mix well.
  4. 4

    Take the pizza base, spread tomato sauce on it and also some grated cheese.

    Add the cooked kheema to the pizza and spread well.
  6. 6

    Also add cheese topping.

    Place on the baking tray and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Your kheema pizza is ready.
