INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup kale leaves, Salt
  • 2 tsp Olive oil

PREPARATION

    In a mixing bowl, add kale chips leaves and water.

    Wash them well and tear them into bite-size pieces.

    Transfer them onto plate.
  4. 4

    Remove excess water and dry the leaves with the help of a cloth.
  5. 5

    Put them into a bowl.
  6. 6

    Add salt and olive oil.
  7. 7

    Mix it well and place them on a baking tray.
  8. 8

    Preheat the oven at 200� C and bake it for 8-10 minutes.
  9. 9

    Kale chips are ready.
