INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup rice, soaked, Salt to taste
  • FOR garnish
  • coriander chopped

PREPARATION

    Take a little clarified butter in a cooking pot.

    Add the bay leaf and cumin seeds.

    Add water and boil.
  4. 4

    Later, add a little salt and the soaked rice and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

    When the rice is ready, transfer it to a serving vessel.

    Garnish the rice with chopped coriander leaves.
