INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil, Black pepper powder to taste
  • 2 buns
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 2-3 black olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves, Olive oil for greasing, Salt to taste

PREPARATION

    Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and black pepper powder.

    Grill the marinated chicken breast till done.
  3. 3

    Chop the grilled chicken into small pieces.
  4. 4

    Place the chopped chicken in a bowl.
  5. 5

    Add some green chutney to the same bowl.
  6. 6

    Add sliced black olives, mayonnaise, grated mozzarella cheese, and chopped cherry tomatoes.

    Mix well.

    Slit the buns and make an opening.
  9. 9

    Place the lettuce leaves on the bottom piece of the bun.

    Place the chicken filling on the lettuce leaves.

    Close the panini with the upper half of the bun.

    Grease a sandwich griller with olive oil.
  13. 13

    Grill the chicken panini.
  14. 14

    Transfer panini to the serving plate and garnish with a few lettuce leaves and black olives.
