INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 2 tsp paneer, crumbled, cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 2 tsp ghee

PREPARATION

    In a mixing bowl, add half-cup grated carrot, shredded coconut, grated pumpkin, crumbled paneer and cardamom powder.

    Mix them well.
  3. 3

    Knead regular paratha dough, separate it into smaller dough balls and roll them individually using a rolling pin.
  4. 4

    Cook the parantha in a tawa.
  5. 5

    Then, spread the sweet mixture on the parantha and top if off with jaggery.
  6. 6

    Flip the parantha on the other side and sprinkle ghee on it.
  7. 7

    Cook the parantha for a min.
