INGREDIENTS

  • FOR the dough
  • 1½ cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup Refined flour
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 2Eggsbeaten
  • ¼ cup yeast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • FOR the stuffing
  • 1red apple chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugarpowdered
  • Beaten egg for binding
  • Oil for frying
  • FOR garnish
  • rose petals
  • icing sugar

PREPARATION

    To prepare the dough, in a mixing bowl, add wheat flour with the refined flour, condensed milk, beaten eggs, and yeast.

    Add oil and make a firm dough.
  3. 3

    Leave the dough to rest for 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4

    For the stuffing, cut the red apple into slices and mix them well with powdered sugar.

    Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.

    Roll the dough and cut it into squares.
  7. 7

    Take a dough square and place the apple mixture in the centre.
  8. 8

    Apply beaten egg to the sides, close the stuffing with other side of square,press lightly to make triangular shapes.

    Trim the sides.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the sealed, stuffed doughnuts.
  11. 11

    Arrange the doughnuts on four sides of a plate and garnish them with rose petals and a dusting of icing sugar.
