    For the rice: Boil water in a Kadai.

    Add soaked rice, salt and chopped garlic cloves.

    Cook until the rice thickens.

    For the egg: Heat oil in a pan.
  5. 5

    Fry eggs and sprinkle salt over the eggs.
  6. 6

    Scramble the eggs.
  7. 7

    Serve the scrambled eggs with the rice.
  8. 8

    Sprinkle soy sauce, coriander leaves paste, red chilli powder, pepper powder, chopped spring onions and chopped coriander leaves.
