INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup left over dal
  • 2 tsp gram flour
  • 2 tsp onions
  • 2-3 tsp spinach leaves, chopped
  • 2-3 tsp capsicum, chopped
  • 1 tsp green chillies, Salt, water

PREPARATION

    In a mixing bowl, take the leftover dal and gram flour.

    Add onions, spinach, capsicum,green chillies--all chopped--plus, salt and water.
  3. 3

    Mix them well until it turns to a thick batter.
  4. 4

    Heat oil in a kadai.
  5. 5

    Take small portions of the batter and make round shapes with the help of a spoon.
  6. 6

    Deep-fry them in the oil.
  7. 7

    Once the pakoras turn golden-brown, transfer them onto a tissue paper to remove any excess oil.
  8. 8

    Serve the pakoras hot with any dip of your choice.
