INGREDIENTS

  • Papaya as required, Watermelon as required, Muskmelon as required, Pineapple as required
  • 1 cup mixed fruits, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp chaat masala, Yogurt as required, Tamarind chutney as required, Black salt to taste, Pomegranate seeds
  • FOR garnish

PREPARATION

    Chop papaya, watermelon, muskmelon, and pineapple into big chunks.

    Scoop out the centre of these fruits with the help of a scooper, making a small cavity.

    Sprinkle chaat masala on the finely chopped mixed fruits (strawberry, papaya, orange, and kiwi) and stuff them in the cavities.

    Add some yogurt and tamarind chutney.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle black salt and top with pomegranate seeds.
  6. 6

    Garnish with sev and finely chopped coriander.
  7. 7

    Serve.
