INGREDIENTS

  • ½ yellow bell pepper, roasted
  • ½ red bell pepper, roasted
  • ¼ cup cucumbers, chopped
  • ¼ cup onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ½ tsp garlic, chopped, Black pepper powder to taste
  • ½ tsp chilli sauce
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • FOR garnish
  • ½yellow bell pepper roasted and diced
  • ½red bell pepper roasted and diced
  • onion chopped
  • tomato chopped
  • Bread croutons as required
  • coriander chopped
  • Chocolate sauce as required
  • Chilli sauce as required

PREPARATION

    In a blender, blend the roasted yellow and red bell peppers, chopped cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, black salt, garlic, black pepper powder, chilli sauce, vinegar, and olive oil.

    Blend well.

    Add tomato juice and blend again.

    Pour the mixture in a bowl.

    Add some more tomato juice, if required, and mix.

    Chill the soup in a freezer for 5 min.

    Pour the cold soup in a bowl.
  8. 8

    For garnish, finely chop the roasted red and yellow bell peppers.

    Place them on top of the soup.

    Add some chopped onions, tomatoes, bread croutons, and chopped coriander.

    Garnish the bowl with chocolate sauce and chilli sauce.
