INGREDIENTS

  • FOR the base
  • 7digestive biscuits
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • FOR filling
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 250 gm cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1vanilla pod extract
  • Orange zest as required
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 tsp coffee powder
  • A few basil leaves
  • FOR garnish
  • cocoa powder

PREPARATION

    To make the base, grind digestive biscuit and melted butter.

    Mix hung curd, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla pod extract, a few basil leaves, orange zest and fresh orange juice in a blender.

    Freeze the mixture for few minutes.
  4. 4

    Pour the base into small glasses or serving bowls, press to form a firm layer.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle some coffee powder on top of the base and place a basil leaf on it.
  6. 6

    Top up the base with the chilled mixture of orange basil cream with the help of a piping bag.
  7. 7

    Dust some cocoa powder on it and garnish with basil leaves.
